Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking an Engagement & Culture Specialist to build and elevate the employee experience across our globally distributed team. This is a culture-building role focused on creating meaningful experiences, programs, and initiatives that make Advantage HQ a place where exceptional people stay, grow, and do their best work.

You will lead employee engagement, culture initiatives, internal communications, and recognition programs; partner with leaders to scale our people practices;

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, HR, or People & Culture.
• Experience building employee engagement programs in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong understanding of employee experience, organizational culture, and lifecycle best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly creative with the ability to turn ideas into programs.
• Data-driven with the ability to translate feedback into action.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of our employee engagement strategy across the organization.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen connection, motivation, and belonging.
• Measure engagement via surveys and data, translating insights into action plans.
• Improve the employee experience across the lifecycle.
• Champion and strengthen Advantage HQ culture across hiring, onboarding, recognition, and communications.
• Partner with leaders to maintain accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead virtual events, celebrations, and company-wide initiatives.
• Create memorable experiences that excite employees to stay and grow.
