Ubiquity is seeking a Culture and Experience Specialist to embody our Head, Heart, Hustle mantra and advance a vibrant workplace culture across our Philippine site. You’ll partner with People teams to define, build and nurture culture, drive change, and deliver engaging communications that support our business goals.

You’ll lead or participate in pulse surveys, design programs to improve retention and productivity, and coach leaders on diversity and inclusion while reinforcing our employer

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required.
• 1 year of experience operating in a Culture & Engagement role required.
• At least 1 year of experience diagnosing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating enterprise-wide strategic culture and engagement strategies.
• Experience planning and delivering communication plans, campaigns and projects.
• Ability to turn complex information into engaging content.
• Excellent facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support leaders of the People Team and partners to define, build and grow company culture.
• Build internal networks and drive change management and leadership of C&E initiatives.
• Assist and facilitate internal engagement/pulse survey implementation with action planning and goal setting.
• Help implement strategies to boost employee retention and productivity across all levels.
• Assist and facilitate development, implementation and assessment of D&I strategies and programs.
• Coach leaders on D&I best practices and foster an inclusive climate.
• Develop employee events and networks to enhance personal development and belonging.
• Determine communications strategy and execute programs to deliver communications objectives across the organization.
• Assist in developing employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Develop strategies to engage employees and align to company goals.
• Drive recognition initiatives and ongoing ownership across the organization.
• Support the People Team to create engaging communications reflecting the employer brand.
• Administer ad-hoc projects to enhance employee and stakeholder experience.
