Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an HR Supervisor - Talent Optimization, Culture and Engagement in Makati, Philippines. You will oversee culture-building and employee engagement initiatives across the 1RE unit, ensuring alignment with the company culture and driving community impact.

You will lead learning and development planning, mentor team leaders, and supervise rewards programs while delivering timely culture-related reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Behavioral Science or related field.
• At least 5 years in HR with 1+ year in organization development and employee engagement.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Implemented at least one culture-building program.

Responsibilities

• Leads conceptualization and implementation of culture-building programs aligned with company values.
• Supervises culture-building activities and ensures objectives are met.
• Influences team leaders to model culture and values.
• Submits culture reports to internal/external contacts as needed.
• Designs and supervises rewards/recognition programs related to culture and engagement.
• Evaluates programs and suggests improvements.
• Oversees learning and development needs, design and budget of annual programs.
• Monitors employee engagement through surveys and action plans.
