Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Data Analytics and AI Supervisor in Makati to lead data analysis, modelling, and research outputs for market intelligence, project assessment, business strategy, and management reporting.

You will build AI-enabled dashboards and automation, translate business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and reports that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or any related 4-year course.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, AI, automation, web-based analytics tools, or related work.
• Experience guiding specialists, analysts, or individual contributors is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, modelling, and research to support market intelligence, project assessment, business strategy, and management reporting.
• Support scenario analysis, forecasting, and quantitative assessments for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Translate business questions into structured analysis, assumptions, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop and support AI-enabled analytics tools, workflows, dashboards, and internal platforms that improve research, reporting, data processing, and insight generation.
• Apply generative AI and prompt engineering to improve document review, knowledge management, and research workflows.
• Clean, validate, organize, and integrate data from spreadsheets, databases, reports, documents, market sources, and internal systems while maintaining practical quality checks and documentation.
• Coordinate with the team lead and internal stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify assumptions, and align outputs with business needs.

As Data Analytics and AI Supervisor, you will support the development of data analysis, modelling, and research outputs for market intelligence, project assessment, business strategy, and management reporting, build and improve AI-enabled analytics tools, dashboards, automated workflows, and internal platforms that help the team process data, generate insights, and prepare reports more efficiently, translate business requirements into practical technical solutions by working with the team lead and internal stakeholders, apply generative AI and automation to improve recurring work such as research, document review, reporting, data processing, and knowledge management and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with cross functional and leadership teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform data analysis, modelling, and research to support market intelligence, project assessment, business strategy, and management reporting.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Strong data science, data analytics, business analytics, or applied quantitative research skills
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, data processing, automation, and analytics platform integration
• Experience with web-based analytics tools, HTML, JavaScript, React, APIs, and dashboard architecture
• Practical experience using generative AI, prompt engineering, and automation for research, reporting, and internal tools
• Strong attention to data quality, accuracy, and analytical logic
• Ability to manage assigned workstreams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver outputs within agreed timelines

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or any related 4-year course
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, AI, automation, web-based analytics tools, or related work
• Experience guiding specialists, analysts, or individual contributors is preferred but not required. Cross-team or BU coordination experience is an advantage.
