Job Description

• Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Design innovative menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting and inventory control.
• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong culinary skills, menu planning, inventory management, and knowledge of food safety standards.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, create menus, and ensure quality control.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, long hours, and potential for high stress.
• Qualities and Traits: Leadership, creativity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
• Other Requirements: must possesses NCII , TM1 and NTTC documents.
• With at least 5 years international experience as Culinary Chef
• Preferably with instructorship experience
