Job summary

DM Global Inc. is seeking a Dining Supervisor to lead daily dining operations in a fast-paced setting in Santa Rosa, Laguna. You will supervise, schedule, and guide dining staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to standards.

You will also coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, monitor guest satisfaction, and drive service quality while maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation rules. Availability includes evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dining Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role within hospitality or restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dining area to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Lead, schedule, and support dining staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate dining staff on service standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and overall performance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily operational reports.
• Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments to maximize service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory of dining supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Promote a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and teamwork.
• Assist management in achieving service, sales, and guest satisfaction goals.
