Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Financial Controller – Global Infrastructure to join Global Finance. You will manage financial control activities, ensure complete and accurate reporting, and support SOX controls and data integrity.

Responsibilities include month-end close validation, cost-driven allocations, forecasting support, and providing audit-ready records while collaborating with Finance, Infrastructure, CTO, service management, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in financial controlling, accounting, cost control, or planning and analysis.
• Experience in technology infrastructure, IT finance, or shared services preferred.
• Strong month-end close, actuals reporting, reconciliations, and cost-center accounting.
• Understanding infrastructure cost drivers, charging, and allocations.
• Experience with internal controls, SOX, and audit support.
• Ability to analyze large financial datasets and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Validate actuals and month-end close for assigned Global Infrastructure cost areas.
• Prepare and review reports on costs, FTEs, accruals, capitalization, and run-rate movements.
• Execute charging, cost allocations, recharges, and cross-functional budget transfers.
• Analyze variances, resolve unreconciled balances, and provide commentary on performance and forecast.
• Support forecasting and Dynamic Planning by validating baselines and cost drivers.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support SOX and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Infrastructure, CTO, service management, and procurement teams.
• Standardize and automate recurring close, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
