Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a CTC Analyst in Cebu City, Philippines, to support customer conversions to CTC and provide back-office billing setup and tax configuration assistance. The role collaborates with conversion teams and billing partners to ensure accurate pre-billing controls and compliant processes.

You will handle complex issue resolution, documentation, and stakeholder engagement while strengthening analytical and communication skills within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3+ years billing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; data analysis & reporting.
• Fluent English with strong business communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Oracle CTC and related billing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CTC conversion for billing, presentment, and CTC-CMT processes.
• Resolve Oracle CTC issues through investigation and root cause analysis.
• Complete CTC setup requirements for tax exemptions, CLIN, Rate Cards, EDI, Client Data, and related billing workflows.
• Support prebilling controls by validating meter reads and reviewing variable charges.
• Serve as a CTC/CMT SME, maintain process docs and promote audit compliance.
