Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of related experience in SAP functional consulting or business systems analysis.
Experience with invoicing and billing processes in SAP.
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business preferred; SAP CRM, Billing & Revenue, S/4HANA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP and system solutions.
Support SAP solution design, configuration, validation, and functional specs for new features.
Document functional designs and obtain stakeholder agreement on proposed solutions.
Develop and execute unit, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Troubleshoot system issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
