Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3+ years billing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; data analysis & reporting.
• Fluent English with strong business communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Oracle CTC and related billing tools is a plus.

• Resolve Oracle CTC issues through investigation and root cause analysis.

Overview:

The CTC Analyst is responsible for supporting customer conversions to CTC and providing back-office support for contract setup, tax configuration, billing, and presentment processes. This role works directly with new customers and collaborates with conversion teams and Services Billing partners supporting existing customer conversions. The CTC Analyst also serves as a focal point for complex issue resolution and escalations while ensuring accurate billing configurations, prebilling controls, process documentation, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Support CTC conversion for billing, presentment, and CTC-CMT processes, including customer invoice preferences and contract requirements.
• Resolve Oracle CTC issues through investigation, root cause analysis, escalations, ticket workflows, and data research.
• Complete CTC setup requirements for tax exemptions, CLIN, Rate Cards, EDI, Client Data, and related billing workflows.
• Support prebilling controls by validating meter reads, reviewing variable charges, preparing billing packages, and maintaining the Billing & Reporting Data Repository.
• Serve as a CTC/CMT application SME, support complex issue resolution, maintain process documentation, and promote audit compliance and best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3+ years of billing experience in a corporate or financial setting desired.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with data analysis and operational reporting experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal business communication, customer support, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge of Oracle CTC, CTC/CMT applications, XSITE-to-CTC conversions, Services Billing processes, contracts, tax data tools, and customer hierarchy is an advantage; willingness to support North America/U.S. time zones and holidays is required.
