Conduent Philippines is hiring a Customer Experience Associate for onsite work at One E-Com, MOA Complex, Pasay. You’ll handle inquiries via calls, emails, or chat, assess cases, and provide resolutions with warmth and empathy.

The role requires 3–6 months BPO experience, strong English communication, and completion of standard pre-employment documents. Shifting schedules and a competitive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Strong English comms & critical thinking skills
• Senior High grad / 2nd year college (old curriculum)
• Complete pre-employment documents (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI, COE, etc.)

Job Location: One E-Com, MOA Complex, Pasay (Onsite)
Shifting schedules | target start date Sept2026 onwards
Type: Full-time (Permanent/Probationary)
Pay: up to ₱21K + ₱1,500 allowance + 10% performance-based incentives + 15% Night Differential pay

Qualifications:

3–6 months BPO exp. (Intl. voice exp. is an advantage)
Strong English comms & critical thinking skills
Senior High grad / 2nd year college (old curriculum)
