Job summary

Metacom Careers is hiring for an on-site customer support role in Taguig. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

An ideal candidate has 1–3 years of BPO experience, willingness to work onsite in Taguig, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Training and incentives are provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
• Minimum 18 months BPO experience.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
