Your next conversation could solve a problem, save a customer’s day, or turn a frustrating experience into a positive one.
We’re looking for people who know how to listen, think on their feet, and make customers feel that they’re talking to a real person—not just following a script.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll represent accounts across Retail, Technology, and New Economy services. Every interaction can be different: one customer may need help with an order, another may have a service concern, while someone else may simply need a clear answer from someone who knows what to do next.
You’ll be given the tools, processes, and training to handle these conversations. What we value most is your ability to understand the situation, communicate naturally, and take ownership until the customer knows what happens next.
Key Resposibilities
- Be the person customers reach when they need an answer, a solution, or simply someone who will listen.
- Ask the right questions instead of making assumptions about what the customer needs.
- Turn complicated information into straightforward explanations customers can understand.
- Work through customer concerns involving products, orders, accounts, services, payments, or basic technical matters depending on your assigned account.
- Use several systems and resources to investigate concerns and find the appropriate resolution.
- Keep customer records clear and accurate so the next person handling the case has the right information.
- Know when you can resolve an issue yourself and when it needs to be brought to another team.
- Handle difficult conversations professionally without losing patience or the human side of customer service.
- Keep up with changes in products, policies, tools, and account procedures.
- Contribute to a customer experience that makes people feel heard, assisted, and respected.
Qualifications
- Someone who can communicate naturally in English—not someone who simply memorizes lines.
- A person who listens before jumping into a solution.
- Someone comfortable learning new systems, applications, and processes.
- A calm problem-solver who can think clearly when a customer is upset or when the answer isn't immediately obvious.
- Someone dependable enough to take ownership of customer concerns from start to finish.
- Previous BPO, customer service, retail, sales, technical support, or related experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters with the right attitude and communication ability are welcome to explore the opportunity, subject to account requirements.
- High school/Senior High School graduates and college graduates may apply, depending on the assigned account.
- Willing to work onsite in Davao and follow the schedule required by the assigned account, including shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when applicable.
