Olympuz-Edward Belacse Career Consultancy Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email across WFH, hybrid, and onsite setups in Clark region.

The role requires good English communication, a willingness to work shifting schedules, and the ability to document interactions while meeting performance metrics. Salary up to ₱36,000 per month, with growth opportunities and training support.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or College Undergraduate are welcome to apply
• With or without BPO experience (depending on account qualifications)
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
