• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to hotel reservation inquiries.

• Process booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation requests.
• Assist customers with payment and booking-related concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
