VXI Delta in Davao City is hiring for a roadside assistance account customer service role. You will handle incoming calls, resolve concerns, promote products, and process customer modifications and sales.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of BPO experience, SHS graduation, and strong English communications to assist customers and follow instructions.

Formación

• At least 6 months BPO experience.
• At least SHS Graduate (Senior High School).
• Able to read, speak, and write English proficiently to communicate with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer concerns and promote products to build loyalty.
• Follow prescribed workflows and call flows.
• Upsell and upgrade products and packages as appropriate.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

About the role

This is a roadside assistance account customer service role based in VXI Delta (Davao City). You will handle incoming customer calls, resolve concerns, promote products and client loyalty, and process customer modifications and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns, promote products and client loyalty

• Follow and comply with prescribed Workflow and Call Flow

• Up-sell and upgrade individual products and product packages to existing customers depending on need

• Ensure incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner

• Input customer modifications and sales onto a database, ensuring data accuracy

• Overcome customer objections to transition calls to sales

• Ensure primary matrices are met through effortless customer experience

• Maintain First Call Resolution

• Keep and uphold integrity in handling customer account information

About you

• At least 6 months BPO experience

• At least SHS Graduate (Senior High School Graduate)

• Able to read, speak, and write English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions
