Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking 28 Multilingual Language Specialists - Cantonese to support Cantonese-speaking customers from our Quezon City team. You will handle calls, chats, and emails in Cantonese and English, assisting with accounts, billing, product information, and service requests.

The role emphasizes clear communication across cultures, accuracy in documentation, and meeting quality and productivity targets. Onsite work setup and shifting schedules apply.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese and able to speak fluently and spontaneously.
• Working knowledge of English; training and client systems are in English.
• Able to understand complex conversations including implied meanings.
• Must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
• Provide customer support in English and Cantonese Language
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience
• Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals
• Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs

*ABOUT THE ROLE*

*QUALIFICATIONS*

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience

• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
