Job summary

Wnsglobalservices144 in the Philippines is seeking a bilingual English–Cantonese voice support agent to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to customers.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, stay updated on product changes and policies, and participate in ongoing training to strengthen your service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of voice experience in bilingual support.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; ability to handle complex situations with empathy.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

• - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the company's CRM system.
• - Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• - Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

Qualifications

• - Grade 12/Matric/High School Gr. in any field.
• - Prior 2+ years voice experience in proficient bilingual support is must.
• - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand and respond appropriately to complex situations.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy.
• - Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
