Job summary

vCustomer Philippines, Inc. in Makati is seeking a Cantonese-speaking support professional to assist external clients with queries related to pricing, billing, and delivery. You will also help customers with client portals, process order-to-cash tasks, and maintain master data while coordinating with Hong Kong stakeholders.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, fluency in Cantonese, and comfort working on month-end cycles and holidays. A hybrid setup after training is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably exposure to a Cantonese-centric environment.
• Must be able to read/write and speak Cantonese.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong postal-mailing format and ability to translate handwritten Cantonese to English accurately.
• Flexible to work on month-end cycles, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to external clients' customers by answering queries and resolving issues related to pricing, billing, delivery, etc.

• Process basic order-to-cash activities for customers.
• Maintain master data related to materials, pricing, surcharges, etc.
• Assist internal stakeholders in investigating and resolving issues related to master data, pricing, billing, and systems.
• Prepare, review, and generate contracts and incentives for clients' customers.
• Generate reports on price expiration, maintenance, updates, etc.
• Utilize MS productivity tools and electronic systems.
• Seek guidance from subject matter experts when necessary.
• Resolve issues through investigation, documentation, and escalation.
• Support business operations and system usage across platforms.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide support to external client's customers by answering queries and resolving issues related to pricing, billing, delivery, etc.

• Assist external client's customers in utilizing client portals and systems, including user registration and information update

• Process basic order-to-cash activities for external client's customers

• Maintain master data related to materials, pricing, surcharges, etc.

• Assist internal stakeholders in investigating and resolving issues related to master data, pricing, billing, and systems

• Prepare, review, and generate straightforward contracts and incentives for existing and new client's customers

• Generate reports on price expiration, maintenance, updates, etc.

• Utilize MS platform productivity tools and electronic systems

• Seek guidance from subject matter experts when necessary

• Resolve issues through effective investigation, documentation, and escalation

• Support business operations and system usage across platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related courses or equivalent degree

• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably exposure in a Cantonese-centric environment.

• Exhibits strong workflow coordination and meticulous task tracking with various Hong Kong in-country stakeholders.

• Must have ability to read/write and speak in Cantonese.

• Familiarity with Hong Kong’s postal-mailing format and the capability to decipher and translate handwritten Cantonese text into English accurately.

• Flexible to work on month-end cycles, weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having additional Mandarin and English proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Empathetic and patient, good and quick grasp of Hong Kong customers’ behaviours and support needs.
