Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to shape institutional services and product catalogs for trading, asset management, and risk analytics. You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and business teams to define roadmaps and deliver end-to-end features.

The role requires 4+ years in financial services or fintech, strong understanding of trading workflows, and experience with API integrations (FIX, REST, WebSocket). Remote-friendly, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

4+ years in financial services, fintech, or banking with institutional exposure.
Solid understanding of trading workflows and back-office operations.
Experience with pre-trade, trade execution, post-trade analytics, settlement and clearing.
Experience with API integration (FIX, REST, WebSocket).

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis for institutional services.
Drive product development for trading, asset management, risk, analytics catalogs.
Advise with business teams to design product roadmaps and milestones.
Break down project plans and execute from idea to go-live.
Deliver PRD requirements and interactive designs considering feasibility.
Analyze product data and optimize user experience based on feedback.
Lead product lifecycle with engineering, QA, and stakeholders to meet delivery goals.
