Job summary

Coins.ph, a pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the internal management platform and drive strategy, roadmap, and core capabilities that streamline operations across Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance and more.

You will lead cross-functional teams to standardize processes, automate workflows, and build scalable, configurable platform capabilities that reduce customization needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in internal platforms or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with workflow engines, approval systems, or configurable platforms.
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and core capabilities for the internal management platform.
• Analyze and optimize cross-functional business processes and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Design reusable capabilities including workflow orchestration, configurable approval flows, dynamic forms, RBAC, SLA management, and audit trails.
• Build flexible and configurable solutions to support different business functions without excessive customization.
• Work closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to drive product development and adoption.
• Establish product standards and governance to ensure scalability and maintainability.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the development of our internal management platform, supporting business processes across Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, and other functions. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on process standardization, workflow automation, and scalable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and core capabilities for the internal management platform.
• Analyze and optimize cross-functional business processes and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Design reusable capabilities including workflow orchestration, configurable approval flows, dynamic forms, RBAC, SLA management, and audit trails.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with experience in internal platforms, enterprise SaaS, workflow systems, or business process automation.
• Experience building products involving workflow engines, approval systems, case management, process orchestration, or configurable business platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, business rules, automation, permissions, and platform architecture.
• Ability to turn complex business requirements into generic, reusable, and scalable product capabilities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
