Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking an Asst Rooms Division Manager (MMC) to support the Rooms Division Manager in operating housekeeping across guest and crew areas onboard. You will help deploy Princess MedallionClass services and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with shipboard leaders to improve operations and guest experiences while adhering to Quality Assurance standards.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of progressive middle-management experience in a leading hospitality setting with operational management experience in Housekeeping operations.
• Cruise ship experience in a similar role is strongly suggested.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with organizational planning, coordination, and execution.
• Quality-driven with a guest-centric operation focus and problem resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Public Health and Environment policies and practices.
• Ability to manage international staff positively and productively.
• Excellent command of English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Rooms Division Manager in housekeeping operations for guest and crew areas.
• Ensure deployment of Princess MedallionClass products, services and applications.
• Monitor housekeeping performance and conduct daily inspections to uphold standards.
• Resolve guest inquiries and monitor feedback, Service Excellence platform and related data.
• Mentor and develop the Rooms Division team through coaching and training; collaborate with other leaders.
