Princess Cruises is seeking a Rooms Division Manager - MMC to oversee housekeeping, laundry and public areas on board a ship stationed in the Philippines. Reporting to the Guest Services Director, the role requires leading a multicultural team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage daily inspections, budgets, and resource optimization while coaching staff to uphold health, safety, and brand standards across all Rooms Division touchpoints.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in hospitality operations in cruise or hotel industry.
• Experience leading large diverse teams in fast-paced guest-centric environment.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards (USPH or similar).
• Education a plus; high school diploma; hospitality/management education advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold brand and health standards across guest staterooms, cabins, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Lead daily inspections for cleanliness and readiness, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Oversee Laundry operation and timely delivery of linens and guest items.
• Manage Rooms Division budgets and expenditures; optimize resources.
• Mentor leaders and teammates; drive Service Excellence and KPIs.
