Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd in Makati seeks a Trade Sales Agent to be the first contact for Travel Agent/Partner calls in our contact center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and tickets to sell Silversea cruises and related shore side products with a luxury service approach.

You will collaborate with global sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and long-term sales success while ensuring accurate reservations and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English at least B2 CEFR.
• Ability to work in local and global teams in a competitive environment.
• Computer literacy and time-management.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships.

Responsabilités

• Sell Silversea cruises and related shore side products and services using inbound and outbound phone and email conversations.
• Evaluate Travel Agent requests, needs and identify products that best fit the guests needs, providing sales recommendations.
• Service existing reservations, handle refunds or penalties per business rules.
• Offer group benefits and manage existing group bookings.
• Meet assigned monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
