Job summary

Silversea Cruises in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Trade Sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and tickets for Travel Agents. You will sell Silversea cruises and shore products, manage bookings, and deliver luxury service to partners while collaborating with a global sales/support team to meet revenue and satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills.
• English proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Sell Silversea cruises and related shore products via inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Evaluate travel agent requests and recommend best-fit products; create accurate reservations.
• Service existing reservations; handle refunds, penalties, or commission adjustments as needed.
• Offer group benefits and manage group bookings.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Communicate effectively with decision makers at all levels, internally and externally.
• Maximize sales opportunities; upsell throughout the customer relationship.
• Sell consultatively with active listening and thoughtful recommendations.
• Collect pertinent information and payments during interactions using company tools.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and business ethics.
