Job summary

Casto Travel Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to help business travelers navigate complex itineraries with precision and care. You will handle air, hotel, car bookings, and international travel while delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.

The role requires 3+ years of corporate travel experience, familiarity with Sabre GDS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy. Hybrid or onsite setup offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate travel or travel account experience (TMC/BPO).
• Sabre GDS experience preferred; Galileo/Amadeus is an advantage.
• Experience booking air, hotel, car and international travel.
• Knowledge of ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds, cancellations and reissues.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Flexible to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Booking domestic and international air, hotel, car, and ground transportation.
• Providing the best routing and most cost-effective travel options.
• Processing ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds, reissues, and cancellations.
• Advising clients on travel documentation and destination requirements.
• Managing reservations from inquiry through completion with exceptional accuracy.
• Keeping clients informed of itinerary changes and travel updates.
• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Staying current with airline policies, travel industry trends, and vendor updates.
• Meeting service levels while ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

We're Looking for Someone With:

3+ year of Corporate Travel or Travel Account experience (TMC or BPO)
