Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• Typing 35 wpm with accurate data entry from spoken and printed sources.
• Effective communication in spoken and written formats with internal and external customers.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Ability to learn and use multiple internal systems.
• Sales skills to position products to meet customer needs.
• Understanding promotions, commissions and payments.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-bound calls from travel partners and guests with an upbeat, friendly disposition and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Quote prices and availability, including cross-selling and upselling, and secure bookings.
• Service existing bookings, modify reservations, process payments, and assist with guest preferences.
• Enter required information into Royal Caribbean systems and maintain accurate reservation history.
• Research and resolve basic issues; escalate complex matters to the appropriate resource.
• Adhere to industry and company protocols and QA standards.
• Attend training and participate in special projects or committees.
