Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines is seeking a full-time CO Inbound Service Agent to join our global customer care team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to chats, resolve reservations issues, and add revenue components to bookings.

The role requires high English proficiency, fast and accurate data entry, and the ability to work across multiple systems to assist guests and partners.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center.
• High school graduate or GED required.
• Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to learn and use multiple internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service cruise reservations pre- and post-cruise.
• Respond to shopping requests and address questions about reservations.
• Make changes to reservations as requested; coordinate with other departments.
• Analyze reservations and propose additional revenue components (Air, Shore excursions, etc).
• Handle outgoing/inbound calls and chats related to redeployments/charters and update bookings.
• Maintain accurate reservation history across multiple systems.
• Perform other duties as required.
