Job summary

Celebrity Cruises in the Philippines is seeking a Pre-Cruise Service Agent to join our Global Contact Center, delivering exceptional service for guests and travel partners. You will use ‘The Celebrity Way’ to provide elevated hospitality and accurately service cruise bookings.

You will handle calls and emails, quote and upsell, process changes, and maintain reservation histories across multiple systems while meeting quality standards and KPIs, with training and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• At least six months in a contact center; sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish or French highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from guests and travel partners.
• Provide information on products, pricing, and promotions.
• Process changes, payments, and preferences on reservations.
• Quote prices, cross-sell and upsell products, and secure new reservations.
• Upsell onboard revenue products and services.
• Maintain accurate reservation history across systems.
