Qualifications

• Navigate multiple tools to provide accurate resolutions.
• Cruise line customer support experience preferred (booking/rescheduling/cancellations).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support for travel bookings and issues.
• Assist with booking, rebooking, cancellations and complaints.
• Possible credit card processing.
• Reschedule bookings when required.
