Metacom Careers is seeking an enthusiastic Cruise Account Specialist to help customers plan dream cruises and manage bookings onsite at Mall of Asia, Pasay. No prior BPO experience is required, and full training will be provided.

You will assist with itineraries, cabin selections, pricing, promotions, and changes while delivering personalized service to ensure a smooth, enjoyable booking experience and high customer satisfaction.
