Job summary

Acxelsus is looking for a CRM & Systems Virtual Assistant to configure and administer the client’s service management platforms, ensuring smooth operation post-implementation and providing training to the team.

The role covers platform setup, ongoing support, reporting, invoicing integration with Xero, and marketing support such as LinkedIn content creation. A strong IT/CRM background and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience configuring or administering CRM/field service platforms.
• Experience training users on new software and workflows.
• Strong understanding of service business workflows and practical system configurations.
• Clear written and spoken English communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Platform setup and implementation to match client workflows.
• Data and catalog setup with minimal, relevant data.
• Process mapping from real workflows to system configuration.
• End-to-end testing and QA before user acceptance testing.
• Vendor coordination for setup questions and updates.
• Integrations setup and maintenance, starting with Xero.
