Qualifications
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM administration, implementation, or transformation, including substantial hands-on HubSpot experience
- Practical, collaborative, adaptable, dependable, and improvement-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and communication skills
- Confidence in constructively challenging existing practices and supporting users through change
- Alignment with the values of Unwavering Excellence, Integrity, Dependability, and Care
- Candidates with fewer than 5 years of experience may be considered if they demonstrate successful end-to-end CRM delivery
Must-Have
- Proven success implementing or transforming HubSpot CRM
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot administration, data model management, pipelines, workflows, reporting, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Expertise in sales pipeline management, service processes, data cleansing, data structuring, and CRM governance
- Proficiency in workflow design, process documentation, dashboard development, and reporting
- Capability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and structured outcomes
- Ability to manage stakeholders, conduct user training, and improve system adoption
- Demonstrated independence, ownership, and reliable follow-through
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial products, mining services, B2B sales, or another complex technical environment
- Familiarity with Power BI, NetSuite or other ERP platforms, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of systems integration, data migration, middleware tools, and change management
- Understanding of marketing platforms and sales enablement systems
- Background in establishing governance frameworks within global or multi-location businesses
Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Improve the company's HubSpot CRM and related sales and service processes
- Optimize sales pipelines and service workflows
- Establish CRM data and governance standards
- Develop reliable reporting across HubSpot, NetSuite, and other relevant datasets
- Train users to establish consistent CRM practices
Daily Responsibilities
- Audit and cleanse company, contact, deal, and ticket data
- Resolve duplicate records, ownership gaps, and data inconsistencies
- Define parent-child account structures and data standards
- Configure pipelines, deal stages, workflows, inboxes, ticket categories, and service-level agreements
- Document sales and service processes
- Create HubSpot and Power BI dashboards
- Validate data and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements and improvement opportunities
- Monitor system adoption and address user-support needs
- Maintain a prioritized improvement backlog
