Responsibilities

Ensures collection reminders are dispatched accurately and timely via SMS, email, and postal mail.
Approve service requests from the Business Banking Collection Support Assistant.
Supervise management of internal systems used by Business Banking Collections and ensure tasks meet turnaround times.
Ensure Skip Tracing for qualified accounts is conducted and results uploaded to STAR within turnaround time.
Collaborate with Section Head to develop and implement effective support and administration processes.
Manage and motivate direct reports with clear performance expectations and regular feedback; generate reports on delivery status and productivity.
Handle administration of SIKO/ALS.
