Job summary

Sidglobal is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to lead FinOps for our CRM platform in Ortigas Pasig City, Philippines. You will own budget planning, cost transparency, and optimization, delivering executive‑level reports and guiding analysts responsible for license and capacity management.

You will design and govern end‑to‑end operational processes, develop dashboards and narratives to inform leadership decisions, and collaborate across Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FinOps for CRM platforms with budget management.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills for executive insights.
• Ability to design and govern operational processes and dashboards.
• Knowledge of licensing models and capacity planning.
• Experience with CRM, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams between Finance, IT and Platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps practices for CRM Platform, ensuring financial transparency.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for CRM Platform spend.
• Analyze cost drivers, consumption patterns, and trends to support informed decision‑making.
• Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities related to licenses, storage, and usage.
• Provide direction and oversight for capacity planning, license management, and budget tracking.
• Design, document, and maintain end‑to‑end operational processes for CRM Platform operations.
• Establish operational standards, controls, and reporting cadences.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational processes across the team.
• Design, maintain, and govern operational and financial dashboards for CRM Platform reporting.
• Produce regular executive level reports with clear narratives, insights, and recommendations.
• Translate technical, usage, and cost data into clear business‑focused insights for leadership.
• Guide Operations Analysts on best practices for data analysis, dashboard usage, and insight generation.
• Liaise with CRM Team, IT Teams and Business stakeholders on CRM Platform processes and resources.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, Platform teams, and Business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects and platform teams to embed operational and cost considerations into solutions.
