Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Reporting Lead with 4–7 years of BI and analytics experience. You will drive operational reporting, dashboards, and executive scorecards, transforming transactional data into insights that optimise workforce efficiency, service quality, and client SLAs.

You will collaborate with operations and IT to standardise metrics, ensure data quality, and deliver timely reports while mentoring junior analysts and shaping governance across accounts.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, operations analytics, management reporting, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL with complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA/macros.
• Strong communication skills to present technical data to executives clearly.
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
• Experience with data modeling and star/snowflake schemas for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
• Translate raw data into actionable insights that improve workforce efficiency, service quality, and client SLAs.
• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker across multiple accounts.
• Standardise metrics definitions, data governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for leadership and clients.
• Partner with Resource Management to forecast volume and staffing utilization.
