GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring an Email Marketer (Klaviyo Specialist) to manage Klaviyo email and SMS programs for DTC brands. You’ll own campaign execution, reporting, and segmentation across multiple client accounts while working in a fully remote environment.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years of hands-on email marketing, Klaviyo and Shopify experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a track record of data-driven reporting. US business hours flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We're hiring an Email Marketer (Klaviyo Specialist) for a fast-growing e‑commerce marketing agency that manages Klaviyo email and SMS programs for DTC brands — owning campaign execution, performance reporting, and segmentation strategy across multiple client accounts.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Campaign & Flow Execution: Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, including batch sends, behaviorally triggered messages, and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Performance Reporting: Own regular email performance reporting with historical comparisons, channel benchmarks, and recommendations based on insights.
• Trend Monitoring: Proactively flag trends at the campaign and journey level and surface actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Client-Ready Reporting: Create client‑ready slides and presentations, translating key metrics and learnings into simple charts and bullets.
• A/B Testing: Set up and run experiments and A/B tests across campaigns and flows to continuously improve engagement and conversion metrics.
• Production Workflow Management: Manage the full production workflow (segmentation → build → QA → deploy), ensuring links, rendering, tracking, and brand standards are correct.
• Segmentation & Personalization: Configure dynamic content blocks and conditional logic, and use segmentation tools to build targeted lists based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Creative Support: Support layout and creative needs — selecting images, formatting text, and ensuring brand alignment (training provided as needed).

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on email marketing execution, ideally in a fast‑paced agency or DTC e‑commerce environment.
• Klaviyo Expertise: Expertise in Klaviyo for campaign setup, journey building, and analytics.
• Shopify Experience: 2+ years of experience working in Shopify.
• Spreadsheet Skills: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — exporting data, using templates, basic formulas, and clean formatting.
• Reporting & Analytics: Strong understanding of key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rate, deliverability) and experience translating them into simple client‑ready slides.
• Segmentation & Testing: Strong understanding of segmentation and demonstrated experience creating and reporting on A/B tests.
• Detail & Communication: Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and QA skills; fluent written and spoken English, and confident communicating performance trends and next steps.
• Schedule: Must be available to work US business hours, with occasional flexibility for time‑sensitive updates outside normal hours.

Bonus Points if:

• You have DTC or e‑commerce specific experience.
• You have experience building and launching SMS campaigns within Klaviyo or Postscript.
• You have experience with loyalty programs and lifecycle strategy tied to loyalty segmentation.
• You have working knowledge of HTML/CSS for light edits and resolving formatting issues in email content.
