VALUEHOME FURNITURE TRADING is seeking a CRM Specialist to join the Marketing & Communications team in Davao City. You will manage CRM platforms, execute campaigns, and analyze customer data to drive engagement, retention and lifetime value.

This role bridges marketing initiatives with customer data to support growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM experience, strong segmentation, email automation, data privacy knowledge and excellent English communication.

About the role

VALUEHOME FURNITURE TRADING is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems to drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our marketing initiatives and customer data, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. This position is integral to our digital marketing strategy and directly contributes to the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation and organization of customer information
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention and engagement objectives
• Analyze customer data and CRM metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Create targeted email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to nurture customer relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and initiatives within the CRM system
• Generate reports and insights on customer behavior, campaign performance and ROI
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations and data protection standards
• Provide training and support to team members on CRM system usage and best practices
• Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize CRM functionality
• Support customer service initiatives by providing relevant customer information and insights

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, CRM Administrator or similar customer relationship management role
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, email marketing automation and customer lifecycle management
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent data management skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid knowledge of customer data privacy regulations including GDPR and local data protection laws
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and customer service
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and implement effective solutions
• Experience in the furniture, retail or e-commerce industry would be advantageous
• Relevant certifications in CRM platforms or digital marketing would strengthen your application
