Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-driven Marketing & CRM Assistant to own our B2B contact database and support email marketing and website operations. You will enrich the CRM, audit email flows, and help keep our WordPress site accurate and SEO-friendly.

The role combines data research with hands-on marketing execution; you will work independently with a strong focus on accuracy, and contribute to improving segmentation, subscriber journeys, and product content presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with data research and CRM enrichment.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large lists.
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (Omnisend/Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic on-page SEO.
• Able to use AI tools to assist research while verifying results.
• Meticulous with accuracy and detail.
• Reliable, independent worker.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich B2B partner database (website, email, phone, location, product range).
• Maintain and organize CRM to keep records clean and up to date.
• Use AI tools to speed up research while validating results.
• Audit email automation sequences and test templates for mobile/desktop display.
• Update product content on WordPress and perform basic SEO improvements.
• Upload and format new product content with properly sized images.
• Manage customer reviews on product pages for credibility and SEO.
• Create professional PDF presentations for product launches.
