Love, Bonito is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager to own customer communications, rewards, and engagement strategies. You will lead a lean team, translate customer data into campaigns, and drive retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CRM experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Proven ability to drive mobile engagement and loyalty programs.
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• CRM Communications: Own the CRM communications strategy and calendar; build and manage campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and LTV; drive segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
