Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Dynamics 365 specialist to map user requirements and develop CRM solutions. You will implement forms, workflows, views, dashboards, and reports, while building plugins and deployment scripts. The role requires delivering end-to-end configurations, tests, and documentation for multiple environments.

You will work on system integration, coding, and production support, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet design standards and client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years IT development with end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CRM configuration and customization.
• Experience integrating systems and building reports/ dashboards.
• Proficiency in web services (SOAP/XML, REST) and programming (C#, Javascript).
• Familiarity with DevOps, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerPages.

About the role

This role involves mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions, developing and maintaining CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports. You will develop application code and configuration/scripts according to agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards for package deployment, integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture, conduct unit test and SIT for new software/applications, develop system and operational documentation and user guides, report progress and issues to the delivery manager, prepare packages, configuration files, deployment scripts and installation guides for all environments, and provide production support when necessary.

About you

• IT development experience with at least two end-to-end projects delivered (3 years minimum)


• Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or any related course


• Expertise on 1-2 core platforms like CRM, mobile app development, and ECMD365


• Sales or Customer Service experience (5 years for M2 to SM and 2 to 3 years for AM and below)


• Hands on experience and/or programming knowledge in D365 CRM


• Hands on experience and/or programming knowledge in Web Services including SOAP/XML, REST, C#, and Javascript


• Hands on experience in DevOps, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerPages


• Hands on experience in different Azure components including Service Bus, Function Apps, and AppInsights
