Job summary

Seven Seven is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM developer responsible for designing and implementing code and configurations for our IT applications.

You will map user requirements and develop D365 CRM forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports, while integrating existing systems into the CRM architecture.

Qualifications

• Two end-to-end IT development projects completed (3+ years).
• Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop code and configurations for Dynamics 365 CRM deployments.
• Map user requirements for Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
• Build and maintain D365 CRM forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and plugins.
• Create deployment scripts and installation guides for all environments.
• Integrate existing systems into the CRM architecture and support production.

Job description

• Develop detailed design and development of necessary code and configuration for the assigned IT application or platform.
• Duties and Responsibilities include mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
• Developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports.
• Develops application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards.
• Develops configuration/scripts according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards for package deployment.
• Integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
• Conducts unit test and SIT for new software/application.
• Develops system & operational documentation and user guides.
• Reports progress and issues in a timely manner to delivery manager.
• Prepares package, configuration files, deployment scripts and installation guide for all environments.
• Support production when necessary.

Qualifications

• IT development experience with at least two end-to-end projects delivered (3 years min).
• Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or any related course.

Required Skills

• Expertise on 1-2 core platforms like CRM, mobile app development, and ECMD.
• D365 Sales or Customer Service experience (5 yrs for M2 to SM and 2 to 3 yrs for AM and below).
• Hands on experience and or programming knowledge in D365 CRM.
• Hands on experience in DevOps, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerPages.
• Hands on experience in diff Azure components including Service Bus, Function Apps, and AppInsights.
