Job summary

SID Global Solutions APAC is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer in Metro Manila to map requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and deliver forms, workflows, dashboards, and integrations.

You will develop code per designs, build deployments, and provide production support, with 3+ years IT development and 2 end-to-end projects.

This contract role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT/ENG and hands-on Dynamics 365 with Azure services experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT development experience with at least two end-to-end project implementations.
• Expertise in one or more enterprise platforms such as CRM, Mobile App Development, or ECM.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service experience.
• 5+ years for Mid-Level to Senior-level roles.
• 2-3 years for Associate-level roles.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Experience working with Azure Services, including Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Application Insights.

Responsibilities

• Map user requirements into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, plugins, and reports.
• Develop application code according to agreed functional and technical designs, methodologies, and coding standards.
• Develop configurations and scripts based on approved functional and technical designs for application deployment.
• Integrate existing systems and services into the Dynamics 365 CRM architecture.
• Conduct Unit Testing (UT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for developed applications.
• Develop system documentation, operational documentation, and user guides.
• Report project progress and issues in a timely manner to the Project Manager.
• Prepare deployment packages, configuration files, deployment scripts, and installation guides for all environments.
• Provide production support when required.
