CRM Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CRM solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Lead development efforts for enhancements, extensions, and defect corrections within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Identify design issues and propose elegant and effective solutions across various technologies.
• Utilize rapid iteration principles to ensure user-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, address issues, and implement changes effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices regarding CRM and Dynamics 365 CE functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
• Strong industry knowledge related to CRM systems and products.
• Proficient understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) programming principles.
• Excellent knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) including REST and SOAP API services.
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies including C#, HTML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, and JavaScript Frameworks.
• Experience with Model Binding and Asynchronous programming techniques.
• Knowledge of Power Platform applications (Model-Driven apps, Power Automate, Canvas apps, etc.).

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) (certifications are a plus).
• Familiarity with designing and implementing systems that integrate with .NET application APIs.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC framework and related techniques.
• Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and MVC architecture.
