Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CRM Coordinator to support business operations by managing CRM data, reporting, and KPI tracking while working remotely during the night shift in Metro Manila. The role focuses on ensuring accurate CRM data, financial metrics, and actionable insights to aid decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI to prepare and maintain

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules.
• Facilitate CRM-related activities including data entry, updates, and system hygiene.
• Track, monitor, and report on business KPI metrics to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain reports, budgets, and other business documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as required by management.
