Job summary

CrewCare Inc. in Manila is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to assist in recruitment and placement of crew members for on-site operations.

You will maintain crew records, coordinate with crewing agencies and maritime authorities, and support management to ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in a relevant field, 1-3 years in crewing or maritime roles, and strong communication with attention to detail under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field required.
• 1-3 years of crewing or maritime-related experience.
• Familiarity with crewing agency operations and maritime regulations.
• Knowledge of DMW and MARINA regulations considered a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
