Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor completion of crew documentation and information prior to joining the vessel.
• Coordinate crew embarkation through processing of pre-deployment requirements.
• Oversee deliverables of third party providers (PEME, training, travel, crew gears).
• Update crew documents in the system on time.
• Regularly inform Crewing Manager and Principal of crew status.

Responsibilities

• Monitor completion of crew documentation and crew information prior joining the vessel
• Monitor and implement crew embarkation through processing of pre-deployment requirements
• Monitor deliverables of third party providers (PEME, training, travel, crew gears)
• Monitor on-time updating/encoding of crew documents in the system
• Regularly updates Crewing Manager and Principal (if applicable) the status of the crew
• Raise any concern to the crewing manager on any relevant information related to the crew processing and statutory requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related 4 year course
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Manning Industry as Crewing Assistant
• Must have experience in processing seafarers' pre-employment medical requirements, DMW/OWWA, Marina documents, travel documents, STCV/Flag State Training/Licenses and Visa Processing
• With good communication skills, technology-savvy and displays high customer service through on-time response to queries
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
