Grace Global Business Services (GBS) Manila seeks a Credit Risk & Reporting Lead to oversee global credit evaluation processes and risk analytics. You will lead a team of credit professionals and partner with Sales, Finance, and other functions to ensure sound credit decisions, governance, and accurate reporting.

You will drive global policy implementation, use data-driven insights to improve decision-making, and deliver timely credit risk dashboards with SAP, SAC, Celonis, and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in credit risk management, financial analysis, or credit operations.
• 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, credit policy management, financial statement analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency with ERP and analytics platforms (e.g., SAP, SAC, Celonis, or similar tools).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams.

• Drive alignment, standardization, and policy enforcement across regions.
• Contribute to site initiatives to build a culture of excellence and transparency.
• Oversee customer master data management activities (activation/deactivation).
• Identify process risks and recommend controls or improvements to strengthen governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations, and Finance to support growth with disciplined risk.
