Job summary

Halkin Business Partners in the Philippines seeks a Credit Executive to manage a high-volume ledger, drive timely collections, and keep the AR function accurate and pacey. You’ll own accounts end-to-end, communicating confidently by phone and with strong Excel skills.

You will handle day-to-day debt collection, process bank deposits, issue demand letters, allocate credit notes, and reconcile accounts while meeting KPIs and maintaining confidentiality across international clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years relevant experience in collections.
• Experience servicing international clients (Australia, United States).
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Ability to learn and adapt to various business processes and systems.
• Strong confidentiality and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day inbound/outbound debt collection calls.
• Process direct deposit allocations from bank statements.
• Issue letters of demand and escalate as needed.
• Allocate credit notes to open invoices and credits.
• Reconcile accounts and advise the Sales Team on discrepancies.
