Halkin Business Partners is partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a skilled Credit Executive to manage a high-volume ledger, drive timely collections, and keep the AR function running with accuracy and pace. The Claims Officer will own customer accounts end-to-end and build strong internal and external relationships.

Formación

• 2-3 years relevant experience as Collections Representative.
• Experience servicing international clients (e.g., Australia, US).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound debt collection calls and services.
• Process direct deposits and allocate bank statements.
• Issue letters of demands when authorized and escalate as needed.
• Allocate credit notes and reconcile accounts for delivery discrepancies.
